Does Nagreeka Capital report separate business segments?
No, Nagreeka Capital said it is primarily engaged in the non-banking financial company, or NBFC, business and has no separate reportable segments under Indian Accounting Standard, or Ind AS, 108. Its 30 September 2026 filing therefore presents standalone financial results rather than a segment-wise revenue or profit split.
The board approved the unaudited quarterly and half-year results on 6 November 2026 after review by the audit committee. Das & Prasad issued a limited-review report dated 6 November 2026, stating that nothing had come to its attention to indicate that the results did not meet applicable accounting standards and listing-disclosure requirements.
The auditor also said a limited review provides less assurance than an audit and that it had not performed an audit. Nagreeka Capital’s filing was made under Regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s listing regulations.
Conclusion
Nagreeka Capital’s September-quarter figures show that higher interest income and securities sales did not offset the movement in other operating income, which was negative Rs 7.17 crore. Quarterly profit after tax fell by Rs 71.14 lakh year on year, while the half-year profit also declined despite a Rs 10.52 crore increase in total income.
The next disclosed item to watch is the current-tax provision, which Nagreeka Capital said will be made at the end of the year. Subsequent results will also show whether other operating income, which shifted from positive Rs 17.67 crore in the June 2026 quarter to negative Rs 7.17 crore in the September quarter, changes again.
