What drove TTK Prestige’s Q2 2026-27 sales growth?
TTK Prestige’s standalone Q2 2026-27 sales rose 21.9% to Rs 959.3 crore from Rs 786.6 crore in Q2 2025-26, with appliances contributing the largest absolute increase of Rs 88.1 crore. The company cited consumer demand for induction cooktops, electrical appliances, induction-based pressure cookers, cookware and value-added kitchenware. It said induction cooktops remained the main growth driver in the quarter.
Cookers remained the second-largest category, generating Rs 275.2 crore, but their 18.7% increase from Rs 231.9 crore was below the 21.9% total-sales growth rate. Cookware added Rs 36.2 crore of sales to reach Rs 162.6 crore, while other sales rose 35.2% to Rs 44.1 crore. Exports declined 30.4% to Rs 14.8 crore from Rs 21.3 crore, partly offsetting the domestic category gains.
The Q2 sales figure also exceeded the Rs 708.5 crore reported in Q2 2024-25 and Rs 683.7 crore in Q2 2023-24. The growth rate accelerated from 11.0% in Q2 2025-26 to 21.9% in Q2 2026-27, following a 3.6% increase in Q2 2024-25. These are standalone net-sales comparisons, the same basis used for the category mix data.
How did TTK Prestige’s category mix change in Q2?
TTK Prestige’s Q2 sales mix moved further towards appliances and cookware, while cookers and exports represented smaller portions of standalone sales. Appliances gained 0.6 percentage points to 48.2% from 47.6% in Q2 2025-26. Cookware gained 0.9 percentage points to 17.0%, whereas cookers declined 0.8 percentage points to 28.7% and exports declined 1.2 percentage points to 1.5%.
The latest quarter extended a four-year movement in appliances’ share of sales. Appliances represented 46.4% of standalone Q2 sales in 2023-24, 46.9% in 2024-25 and 47.6% in 2025-26 before reaching 48.2% in 2026-27. Over those same Q2 periods, cookers’ contribution fell from 30.9% to 28.7%, while cookware’s share rose from 15.6% to 17.0%.
The mix movement reflects differing category growth rates rather than a decline in cooker revenue. Cooker sales rose from Rs 210.9 crore in Q2 2023-24 to Rs 275.2 crore in Q2 2026-27, but appliances increased from Rs 316.9 crore to Rs 462.5 crore over the same period. Cookware increased from Rs 106.7 crore to Rs 162.6 crore across those four Q2 periods.
Which products and channels supported TTK Prestige’s growth?
TTK Prestige said cookware led category growth during Q2 2026-27, supported by premiumisation and a favourable product mix, while appliances remained the largest category at Rs 462.5 crore. The company also reported positive momentum in electrical kitchen appliances and cookers. It introduced seven new stock-keeping units, or SKUs, across categories during the quarter.
TTK Prestige reported growth across offline and online channels, with general trade leading channel growth, followed by e-commerce, modern trade, exclusive brand outlets and Canteen Stores. Its Prestige Xclusive network had 727 stores across 346 towns in Q2 2026-27. The company said the retail network contributed significantly to overall sales, without disclosing its sales value or channel share.
The repositioned Judge brand recorded Q2 sales of around Rs 46.3 crore, compared with around Rs 25.8 crore a year earlier, a growth rate of around 79%. This brand disclosure is separate from the standalone category table. TTK Prestige also said its operating and supply-chain initiatives helped it maintain stable market share across channels and product categories.

Does TTK Prestige’s first-half mix show the same shift?

Appliances sales increased 30.0% to Rs 814.1 crore, while cookware rose 34.1% to Rs 300.8 crore. Both growth rates exceeded cookers’ 23.1% increase to Rs 507.7 crore.
Total standalone first-half sales rose 27.1% to Rs 1,730.7 crore from Rs 1,361.4 crore. Cookers’ share fell by 1.0 percentage point to 29.3%, and exports’ share declined by 1.1 percentage points to 1.6%, after export sales decreased 25.1% to Rs 27.6 crore. Other sales rose 30.1% to Rs 80.5 crore and represented 4.7% of first-half sales.
The Judge brand’s first-half sales grew around 84% to around Rs 80.8 crore from around Rs 44.0 crore. As of September 30, 2026, TTK Prestige reported free cash of more than Rs 755 crore, including short-term liquid investments. The company said this balance was maintained while it funded capital investments and optimised working-capital requirements.
How did commodity costs and profitability develop at TTK Prestige?
TTK Prestige said inflation in key commodity inputs continued to pressure gross margins during Q2 2026-27. Management said strategic sourcing, supply-chain efficiencies and timely pricing interventions mitigated a significant portion of that effect. The presentation did not quantify the price increases, sourcing savings or commodity-cost effect by product category.
Standalone operating earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, or EBITDA, were Rs 171.7 crore in Q2 2026-27, compared with Rs 100.5 crore in Q2 2025-26. The reported operating EBITDA margin was 17.9%, versus 12.8% a year earlier, while operating EBITDA before strategy expenses was 18.0%, compared with 15.0% in the prior-year quarter.
At the consolidated level, turnover increased 21.0% to Rs 1,009.0 crore and profit after tax rose 65.2% to Rs 104.4 crore in Q2 2026-27. That profit followed a Rs 2 crore impairment related to compulsorily convertible debentures in GramyaHaat Rural-Tech Private Limited. These consolidated figures differ from the standalone sales data used to assess the category mix.
Conclusion
TTK Prestige’s Q2 2026-27 results indicate that appliances remained its largest standalone business and gained share to 48.2% of sales, while cookware growth of 28.7% outpaced cookers’ 18.7% increase. The first-half figures show a similar composition change: appliances accounted for 47.0% and cookware 17.4% of Rs 1,730.7 crore of standalone sales.
The next disclosures will show whether induction cooktop demand continues to support appliances growth and whether the seven Q2 SKU launches affect category sales. Management’s continuing response to commodity inflation through sourcing, supply-chain efficiencies and pricing interventions is also unresolved, particularly after it reported pressure on Q2 gross margins.
