Operating activities generated Rs 155.565 crore, down from Rs 316.712 crore a year earlier, while financing activities provided a net Rs 178.955 crore, compared with a net outflow of Rs 20.590 crore in the prior-year period.

What drove Ventive Hospitality’s investing cash outflow?
Ventive Hospitality used Rs 524.356 crore in investing activities primarily through Rs 282.180 crore of consideration paid for acquisitions and Rs 241.770 crore spent on property, plant and equipment, capital work in progress and intangible assets. Those two items alone exceeded the total reported investing outflow because the group also received proceeds from investments, fixed deposits and interest.
The group paid Rs 28.985 crore toward investment property and investment property under development, in addition to the Rs 241.770 crore of spending on operational and development assets. It received Rs 226.957 crore from the maturity of fixed deposits, Rs 31.151 crore from sales of mutual-fund units and Rs 17.299 crore of interest, partly offsetting investment deployment.
The acquisition note identifies several changes to the group’s perimeter. Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited acquired 100% of Sun Leisure (India) Private Limited, which operates Sol De Goa in Goa, on April 7, 2026 for Rs 0.50 crore. The filing also says Ventive Hospitality acquired 100% of Kelzai Eco Reserves Private Limited for Rs 281.880 crore on July 9, 2026; Kelzai owns a resort property of about 420 acres in the Maldives.
Capital work in progress rose to Rs 556.039 crore at September 30, 2026 from Rs 181.969 crore at March 31, 2026. Property, plant and equipment decreased to Rs 3,596.431 crore from Rs 3,775.758 crore, while investment properties increased to Rs 1,910.540 crore from Rs 1,902.564 crore, showing that cash deployment occurred across development, acquisitions and property holdings rather than only in completed operating assets.
