Ganesha Ecosphere Limited is an Indian integrated PET recycling company that collects, washes and converts post-consumer PET bottles into products including rPSF, rPET granules, rPET filament yarn and spun/dyed yarn, operating six manufacturing facilities with an installed recycling and washing capacity around 196,440 TPA and a branded product portfolio under GoRewise.

Q3FY26 delivered a mixed operational picture: consolidated revenue modestly declined to INR 357.2 crore q-o-q, but consolidated EBITDA improved to INR 30.7 crore (8.6% margin) driven by better standalone performance where PAT rose to INR 15.94 crore and standalone volumes hit the highest levels in five years at 31,107 MT.

Regulatory uncertainty was the dominant short-term headwind: a delayed MoEFCC draft notification disrupted brand-owner integration of recycled content, causing Warangal subsidiary utilisation to drop to about 50% and depressing rPET granules demand, even as the underlying PWM rules and recycled-content mandates remain intact and supportive longer term.

Strategically Ganesha is pushing up the value-added mix and scale: the group is ramping rPET granules capacity (Warangal ramp to 42,000 TPA), pursuing a brownfield-to-greenfield capex pipeline (~Rs.130 crore brownfield nearly commissioned and ~Rs.450 crore planned), and targeting ~65% revenue from higher-margin value-added products over time.

Sustainability credentials and approvals differentiate the company: GoRewise products have food-grade and textile accreditations (FDA, EFSA, GRS, OEKO-TEX), Warangal runs near-zero liquid discharge and the group has deployed ~16.53 MWp rooftop solar and multiple sustainability partnerships and awards, reinforcing demand with ESG-conscious customers.
