Greenpanel Industries Limited is India's largest manufacturer of MDF wood panels, plywood, decorative veneers, flooring, and doors, with a state-of-the-art production setup in Uttarakhand and Andhra Pradesh.

In Q2 FY26, the company achieved a significant turnaround, registering a 17.1% year-on-year revenue growth and a notable improvement in operating EBITDA to 10.2% of total sales, spurred by enhanced sales strategies and cost optimization.

The company has launched new products, including HDWR Door, Thin MDF, and FR MDF, aiming to capture additional market share through product diversification and targeted marketing campaigns across key cities.

Greenpanel reduced its net debt by INR 60 crore and improved its working capital cycle significantly in Q2 FY26, showcasing strong operational efficiency and sound financial management.

Strategic efforts have been directed towards strengthening distribution networks and launching new applications like the MITR 2.0, enhancing dealer engagement and digital outreach, which is expected to bolster future sales performance.
