Shree Karthik Papers Limited (SKPL) is engaged in manufacturing papers, primarily writing and printing paper, established in 1991 and operating from Tamilnadu, India.

Initially set up for 8480 TPA, the capacity was revised to 13350 TPA, with commercial production commencing in 1995.

Despite a successful public issue in 1994, SKPL was declared a Sick Company in 1999 and underwent a Rehabilitation Scheme that included capital write-down and new capital infusion.

The company plans to diversify by manufacturing newsprint, indicating an effort to expand its market offering.
