Home appliances remain under pressure: appliances revenue declined and gross margin compressed due to adverse seasonality, commodity cost inflation and blocked trade inventory; management is prioritising e‑commerce centric SKUs, product rationalisation and new premium listings (fans, steam irons) to restore margins and scale the segment.
