Conclusion
Fusion Finance's September 2026 half-year filing shows loans rising by Rs 788.73 crore while the cash-flow statement recorded Rs 858.55 crore of lending-related cash use. Net borrowing proceeds of Rs 394.61 crore from borrowings other than debt securities contributed to financing activity, but cash and cash equivalents still declined by Rs 214.11 crore to Rs 1,660.73 crore.
The filing does not reconcile the Rs 858.55 crore cash-flow movement in loans with the Rs 788.73 crore increase in the balance-sheet loans line. Future disclosures will show whether the loans balance, the Rs 5,614.95 crore borrowings balance and cash flows continue to move in the same direction, and whether further detail is provided on that difference.
