No, the interim financial statements and other financial information of Tatia Global’s six subsidiaries were unaudited and had not been reviewed by the auditor as at 30 September 2026. Darpan & Associates performed a limited review under Standard on Review Engagements 2410, rather than an audit. Conclusion
Tatia Global’s September 2026 consolidated earnings were predominantly the result of subsidiary land-inventory monetisation rather than the parent’s own operating income. Management’s disclosed Rs 8.32 crore contribution was close to the group’s Rs 8.56 crore quarterly net profit, while the parent company reported Rs 11.55 lakh of standalone profit.
The next disclosed matter to watch is whether Tatia Global undertakes further inventory monetisation, with consolidated inventories at Rs 6.14 crore on 30 September 2026 after falling from Rs 8.05 crore at the March year-end. Subsequent filings may also show whether the six subsidiaries’ management-furnished interim figures, including Rs 8.60 crore of half-year profit, receive independent review or audit support.
