Bank of Baroda is one of India's largest public sector banks providing a range of banking services domestically and internationally, including personal, corporate, and international banking solutions.

In FY 2025, Bank of Baroda marked a robust expansion of its branch network, establishing 188 new branches, reflecting significant domestic growth strategy amidst broader consolidation.

The bank reports a continual increase in profitability with a notable net profit of ₹4,809 crore in Q2 FY26, up 6% sequentially from the previous quarter, illustrating strong financial health.

A noteworthy strategic focus has been directed towards retail growth, with personal banking seeing substantial increases, such as a 19.8% growth in mortgages and a 17.7% growth in auto loans.

Despite sluggish corporate lending growth in the early quarters, the bank maintains an annual growth target of 10%-11% in corporate loans, supported by a solid pipeline and recovery expectations in the latter financial quarters.
