The company's Affordable Home Loans segment grew its AUM by 28% YoY to INR 3,031 crore by expanding its branch network to 134 and adopting technology-driven sourcing. However, the GNPA/NNPA ratio increased to 1.6%/1.0%.

The Wealth Management vertical reported a recurring AUM increase of 26% YoY to INR 32,021 crore despite facing headwinds in recurring income and broking volumes. The company added 11 branches and 38 franchisees YoY.

In FY26, JM Financial reported a profit after tax increase of 16% YoY to INR 270 crore, driven by a strong corporate advisory and capital markets performance, ranking #1 in IPOs by value, and closing transactions worth INR 28,000 crore.

The Private Markets segment saw significant profit growth with a PAT increase from INR 11 crore in Q2 FY25 to INR 77 crore in Q2 FY26, supported by high recovery efforts in distressed assets and a pipeline of syndication transactions.
