Sanathan Textiles Limited is a leading yarn manufacturer in India, specializing in polyester, cotton, and technical textile yarns. It operates several manufacturing facilities, including a major plant in Silvassa and a newly commissioned facility in Punjab.

The company reported significant growth in its financial metrics for Q2 FY26, particularly a 10.2% YoY increase in consolidated revenues and a 44.6% increase in standalone net profits. The strong performance is attributed to operational efficiency and the ramp-up of the new Punjab facility.

The new Punjab facility, a greenfield project, has begun operations and is expected to significantly enhance production capacity and reduce operational costs. It will eventually reach an installed capacity of 346,750 MTPA by completing both its phases.

Sanathan is expanding its cotton yarn capabilities with a new facility in Madhya Pradesh, leveraging regional advantages to strengthen its product offerings and market position further. This expansion aligns with the company’s strategic growth roadmap.
