What changed in alltime’s FY26 revenue and margins?
alltime’s revenue increased by Rs 52.2 crore, or 9.4%, to Rs 610.4 crore in FY26, but gross, operating and net margins all declined from FY25. Gross profit rose to Rs 239.3 crore from Rs 222.9 crore, yet gross profit margin reduced to 39.2% from 39.9%. The FY26 gross margin was also below the 40.7% reported in FY24.
The divergence widened below gross profit. EBITDA, or earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, declined to Rs 90.1 crore in FY26 from Rs 101.3 crore in FY25, and its margin reduced by 3.4 percentage points to 14.8%. EBIT, or earnings before interest and tax, fell to Rs 67.8 crore from Rs 78.9 crore, while EBIT margin decreased to 11.1% from 14.1%.
alltime’s FY26 revenue was Rs 97.5 crore higher than FY24, but EBITDA was Rs 7.0 crore lower than the FY24 level of Rs 97.1 crore. This comparison shows that the two-year increase in sales did not produce a corresponding increase in operating earnings. The presentation reports FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 610.5 crore and consolidated EBITDA of Rs 89.9 crore, compared with standalone revenue of Rs 610.4 crore and EBITDA of Rs 90.1 crore.
Why did alltime’s FY26 earnings fall despite higher revenue?
alltime’s reported operating costs increased by more than its gross-profit increase in FY26. Employee cost rose by Rs 11.4 crore to Rs 58.7 crore, while other expenses increased by Rs 16.2 crore to Rs 90.5 crore. Together, those two expense lines rose by Rs 27.6 crore, compared with a Rs 16.4 crore increase in gross profit.
Depreciation also increased to Rs 29.0 crore in FY26 from Rs 23.5 crore in FY25, a rise of Rs 5.5 crore. Finance cost was Rs 15.2 crore, close to Rs 14.7 crore a year earlier, while the FY26 profit and loss statement records Rs 4.4 crore of exceptional items. Profit before tax consequently declined to Rs 48.2 crore from Rs 64.2 crore.
alltime’s profit after tax fell by Rs 11.7 crore to Rs 35.6 crore in FY26, and its margin declined to 5.8% from 8.5%. Tax expense reduced to Rs 12.6 crore from Rs 16.9 crore, but this was not enough to offset the Rs 16.0 crore fall in profit before tax. Cash profit after tax also declined to Rs 65 crore from Rs 71 crore in the historical highlights.
How did alltime’s returns and asset utilisation change in FY26?
alltime’s return measures and fixed-asset turnover declined in FY26 as its asset base expanded. Return on capital employed, or ROCE, fell to 10.3% from 17.0% in FY25 and 22.3% in FY24. Return on equity, or ROE, declined to 8.3% from 21.0% in FY25, following 24.9% in FY24.

These two balance-sheet categories totalled Rs 444.4 crore at the FY26 year-end, compared with Rs 354.3 crore in FY25.
Total assets increased to Rs 782.9 crore in FY26 from Rs 562.3 crore in FY25, an increase of Rs 220.6 crore. Non-current assets rose to Rs 481.5 crore from Rs 371.0 crore, and current assets increased to Rs 301.4 crore from Rs 191.3 crore.
