How did RCPL revenue perform in H1 FY27?
RCPL generated Rs 1.69 lakh crore of gross revenue in H1 FY27, 1.8 times its H1 FY26 revenue and about 80% of its FY26 sales. In Q2 FY27, gross revenue was Rs 8,266 crore, or 1.6 times Q2 FY26 revenue.
The year-on-year growth multiple was higher for H1 FY27 at 1.8 times than for Q2 FY27 at 1.6 times. The two periods are not directly comparable because H1 FY27 covers six months while Q2 FY27 covers one quarter, but both figures show revenue growth against their respective prior-year periods.
Daily Essentials and beverages together accounted for more than Rs 12,250 crore of the disclosed H1 FY27 category sales. RCPL did not provide a full category reconciliation to its Rs 1.69 lakh crore gross-revenue total, and it gave no separate H1 FY27 sales figure for packaged foods, home and personal care, biscuits or ice cream.
How did Campa drive RCPL beverage growth?
Campa-led beverages generated more than Rs 5,250 crore in H1 FY27, achieving more than 90% of FY26 beverage sales within six months. RCPL reported 2.1-times year-on-year growth for beverages and double-digit market share across several Indian states.
RCPL said it was India’s number three non-alcoholic ready-to-drink, or NARTD, player. Its 2.1-times beverage growth rate exceeded the 1.7-times growth reported for Daily Essentials, although Daily Essentials produced the larger disclosed H1 FY27 sales amount at about Rs 7,000 crore.
In Australia, Campa launched in major supermarkets Coles and Woolworths in addition to its existing network, supported by local production. The presentation did not disclose Australian sales, volumes or the number of stores supplied, so the contribution of that market to H1 FY27 beverage revenue was not specified.
RCPL also cited Navratri and Ganesh Chaturthi activations supported by digital amplification during the festive season. Campa is an associate partner of the Board of Control for Cricket in India, or BCCI, but RCPL did not disclose the cost, duration or sales effect of either the festive marketing or the partnership.

Which RCPL categories expanded beyond beverages?
RCPL’s Daily Essentials business grew 1.7 times year on year to about Rs 7,000 crore in H1 FY27, led by Independence. Independence and Good Life drove pan-India growth, while dry fruits and edible oil were identified as the principal category drivers.
In pulses, RCPL said Udhaiyam and Independence were leading growth. The presentation did not disclose separate sales or growth rates for dry fruits, edible oil, pulses, Independence, Good Life or Udhaiyam, limiting measurement of each product’s contribution to Daily Essentials revenue.
RCPL said home and personal care achieved exponential growth versus the previous year through range extensions and national scale-up. Glimmer was identified as gaining early consumer traction, but RCPL gave no revenue, distribution, market-share or growth-rate figure for either Glimmer or the wider home and personal care portfolio.
Packaged foods grew from an expanded portfolio and consumer-centric innovations, according to RCPL, while biscuits are a focus category spanning mass and premium ranges. RCPL also entered dairy with ice cream, which it described as India’s first accessible premium dairy brand, available in cone, stick, tub, cup and brick formats made with real dairy cream.
How is RCPL building manufacturing and overseas reach?
RCPL initiated six integrated food-and-beverage greenfield projects across India and commissioned multiple new high-speed beverage lines in the last quarter. The company did not disclose the projects’ locations, investment, capacity, commissioning dates or expected revenue contribution.
The domestic projects cover integrated food and beverage manufacturing, while local production already supports Campa’s Australian supermarket launch. RCPL did not specify whether the six Indian projects will manufacture beverages, Daily Essentials, ice cream, biscuits or other products in its portfolio.
Outside Australia, RCPL launched in Kenya alongside its existing operations in Ghana, Nigeria and other African markets, where it reported strong early customer interest. It also expanded in the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Malaysia, but disclosed no overseas revenue, volume, outlet count or profitability data for H1 FY27.
Conclusion
RCPL’s H1 FY27 disclosure shows that its sales build-out was concentrated in two large consumer baskets. Gross revenue reached Rs 1.69 lakh crore, with Daily Essentials at about Rs 7,000 crore and Campa-led beverages above Rs 5,250 crore. Beverages grew 2.1 times year on year, faster than the 1.7-times increase in Daily Essentials, while Daily Essentials remained the larger disclosed sales pool.
The next disclosed execution items are the six integrated greenfield projects and continued commissioning of high-speed beverage lines. RCPL is also extending Campa in Australia and expanding its presence in Kenya, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Malaysia, but the presentation does not provide capacity targets, overseas revenue targets or completion schedules for those initiatives.
