Management is actively shifting from an export-led private-label company to a branded FMCG player in India through the 10X platform, launching 10X Ventures and executing the 44% acquisition of Rage Coffee; GRM Overseas also raised Rs.136.5 crores via preferential warrants to fund inorganic growth, brand building and distribution expansion.

GRM Overseas remains export-dominant with ~95% of international revenue from private labels and a top-five global rice exporter position, while clear opportunities exist in domestic packaged staples where management targets aggressive FY28 growth, leveraging certifications, port-adjacent warehousing and a 440,800 MT annual rice processing capacity.
