Himatsingka Seide Limited is an integrated home textile manufacturer with spinning, weaving and finishing capacities producing bedding, bath, drapery and upholstery products along with branded retail and international distribution managed through subsidiaries and acquired portfolios.

In Q3 FY26 consolidated revenues were INR637.26 crores versus INR722 crores year-ago, with other income of about INR25 crores largely from forex gains and a near-100% spinning utilization, highlighting resilient operations despite tariff-driven demand interruptions and range-bound overall capacity utilisation.

Management is pivoting strategy to materially diversify revenue beyond U.S. customers after tariff volatility, targeting stronger growth from India, EMEA and new product verticals such as apparel, fabric solutions and yarn, while keeping incremental capex for these initiatives within annual maintenance capex envelopes.

Balance sheet and liquidity are important near-term considerations: reported net debt as of December 31, 2025 is INR2,480 crores, so Himatsingka is balancing strategic diversification and brand expansion with conservative capex guidance and a focus on utilisation improvement to restore margins.
