The company reported a notable 17.09% revenue growth for H1 FY26, driven by substantial increases in maize and vegetable seed sales, even as cotton seed performance was hampered by illegal seed usage.

Executive Director Mithun Chand highlighted a strong maize segment growth, attributed to increasing demand and the company’s strategic focus on this non-cotton crop.

Despite growing R&D investment and new product introductions, cotton sales faced challenges due to illegal market dynamics affecting pricing and inventory levels.

Kaveri Seed remains committed to diversifying its product portfolio, aiming to reduce reliance on any single crop, positioning itself for sustainable growth in a competitive market.
