Metropolis Healthcare Limited is a pan-India clinical diagnostics company operating a large hub-and-spoke laboratory network, offering routine to super-specialty tests, genomics, B2C and B2B services, preventive wellness (TruHealth) and institutional clinical research support across India and selected international markets.

Q3 FY26 organic revenue grew 15% to INR 371 crore with EBITDA of INR 93 crore and margin expansion to 25%, while Group revenue grew 26% to INR 406 crore; PAT excluding exceptional items rose meaningfully, reflecting improving mix, productivity initiatives and economies of scale.

Metropolis is actively premiumising revenue via TruHealth and specialty testing: TruHealth grew ~25% and now contributes 19% of organic revenue, while specialty contribution rose to ~38% driven by genomics, NGS test additions, clinician engagement and AI-enabled interpretation.

Network scale and disciplined M&A are central: the company operates 219 labs and ~4,862 centres, added ~112 centres in Q3, completed four acquisitions (including Core Diagnostics) and launched a Centre of Genomics with Illumina partnership to capture higher-value testing demand.

Financially conservative posture: Metropolis remains net debt-free with cash ~INR 127 crore, FY26 capex guidance of INR 55–60 crore focused on labs, IT and advanced equipment, and the Board approved a 3:1 bonus share proposal signalling confidence in liquidity and shareholder alignment.
