What drove Praruh's H1 FY27 revenue growth?
Praruh's revenue from operations rose to Rs 84.06 crore in H1 FY27 from Rs 17.60 crore in H1 FY26, according to Chief Financial Officer Jitendra Kumar. The company described the Rs 66.46 crore increase as 378% year-on-year growth, after management had sought to improve first-half performance.
Management said H1 had been lower than H2 in recent years, making the Rs 84.06 crore first-half result a change in its usual seasonal pattern. It did not disclose quarterly revenue, project-level revenue, or a segment-by-segment split for H1 FY27.
The revenue expansion was accompanied by a Rs 9.39 crore increase in EBITDA, or earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, to Rs 11.34 crore in H1 FY27. Management linked the half-year result to its data-centre activity, including work involving Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and RailTel.
Praruh said it manages data-centre applications including closed-circuit television and clock applications for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. It also said it provides security and network services for RailTel's data centre, but gave no revenue amount for either customer or contract in H1 FY27.
Did Praruh's profitability improve in H1 FY27?
Praruh's EBITDA margin improved to 13.49% in H1 FY27 from 11.07% in H1 FY26, an increase of approximately 242 basis points. A basis point is one-hundredth of a percentage point, and the margin gain accompanied EBITDA growth that exceeded the reported 378% revenue increase.
Profit after tax, or PAT, was Rs 8.18 crore in H1 FY27. In H1 FY26, PAT was Rs 98 lakh; the CFO described PAT growth on the call as 7.33%, although the transcript did not provide a reconciliation for the change between EBITDA and PAT.
The call did not disclose interest cost, depreciation, tax expense, cash flow, debt, capital expenditure or receivable days for H1 FY27. As projects scale, the CFO said management will focus on project-cost discipline, receivables monitoring and delivery requirements.
Management associated future margin improvement with a broader customer mix, rather than issuing a numerical profitability target. It said its historical market mix was about 90% public-sector undertakings and government customers and 10% enterprise customers, while defence and enterprise activity are planned areas of expansion.

What is Praruh's FY27 revenue outlook?
Praruh's disclosed FY27 revenue outlook is to reach triple figures, rather than the Rs 175 crore to Rs 200 crore range cited in the topic. After reporting Rs 84.06 crore in H1 FY27, management said it hoped to achieve triple-figure revenue for the full financial year with improved margins.
The supplied call transcript does not disclose a specific FY27 revenue range, an order book of Rs 154 crore to Rs 155 crore, an H2 revenue forecast or a project-conversion schedule. Those figures therefore cannot be confirmed from this earnings call.
The remaining half-year is material because management said H2 had historically exceeded H1. To exceed Rs 100 crore in FY27 after H1 revenue of Rs 84.06 crore, Praruh would need additional revenue in H2, but management did not quantify the required projects, expected delivery dates or customer contributions.
Working-capital execution is one stated consideration for H2 FY27. The CFO said Praruh's project business requires attention to working-capital management as projects are executed, without providing a receivables balance, collection target or funding requirement.
Which growth businesses is Praruh building?
Praruh is expanding from its traditional technology-platform activity into NeuralOps software, data-centre automation, cybersecurity, enterprise sales and a defence vertical. Management said NeuralOps has been used internally for the past few years and can be applied in data centres and cybersecurity.
Management said it intends to establish itself as an original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, for NeuralOps and launch the software's first phase in January. It did not specify the year of launch, the product's pricing model, investment amount or expected revenue in FY27.
Praruh plans to offer software services through a software-as-a-service, or SaaS, model. Management estimated that NeuralOps could contribute about 5% to 20% of sales and PAT over 2027 to 2030, but did not state its H1 FY27 contribution or provide a year-by-year target.
In data centres, Praruh cited projects for the Indian Navy, including an upgrade of its pension and salary database application, and said it monitors ONGC's oil-exploration process through a system it designed. Management's objective is for data-centre revenue to exceed Rs 100 crore in FY27 and FY28, which is a management target rather than reported revenue.
Praruh also plans a defence vertical led by a senior person with a defence background, whom management expected to join in November or December. Management said detailed project report, or DPR, services could start in March, and it expects defence revenue of Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crore in the current year and more than Rs 100 crore in 2028-29.
Conclusion
Praruh's H1 FY27 result shows a substantial increase in reported operating scale: revenue rose to Rs 84.06 crore from Rs 17.60 crore, EBITDA increased to Rs 11.34 crore from Rs 1.95 crore, and EBITDA margin reached 13.49%. The call also sets out management's planned shift toward proprietary software, data-centre automation, cybersecurity, enterprise customers and defence services.
The next disclosures to watch are progress toward management's triple-figure FY27 revenue aim, the planned January first-phase NeuralOps launch and the expected November or December defence-vertical appointment. Management has also identified DPR services from March and data-centre revenue above Rs 100 crore in FY27 and FY28 as plans that will require execution updates.
