How will Remsons reach ₹900-1,000 crore of FY30 revenue?
Remsons plans to reach its FY30 aspiration by converting multi-year orders into production sales, adding sensors and lighting to its product mix, and expanding manufacturing coverage. Management said the ₹900-1,000 crore aspiration represents roughly 24-29% compound annual growth rate, or CAGR, from FY26 revenue of ₹468.7 crore through FY30.
The ₹300 crore, seven-year Stellantis N.V. control-cable programme is the single biggest visible revenue lever for the next two years, according to management, with deliveries commencing in FY27. Other disclosed programmes include a ₹60 crore gear-shifter contract and a 10-year pedal-box programme at Remsons Automotive Ltd. (UK), estimated at about ₹160 crore over its lifetime.
The UK pedal-box programme is scheduled to start production in Q4 CY2028, placing its potential revenue contribution later in the route to FY30. Remsons also disclosed a ₹30 crore hood-rod order from a global commercial-vehicle original equipment manufacturer, or OEM, to be executed over six years, and a ₹12 crore BEE Lighting order for exterior-vehicle-lighting design and development.
What did Remsons report for 2QFY27 and H1FY27?
Remsons reported consolidated revenue of ₹135.5 crore in 2QFY27, up 17% from ₹115.6 crore in 2QFY26, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, or EBITDA, declined to ₹12.2 crore from ₹13.3 crore. Management reported an EBITDA margin of about 9%, excluding other income, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The higher revenue did not produce a higher reported operating profit in 2QFY27. Profit before tax fell to ₹6.3 crore from ₹8.2 crore, while net profit after tax increased to ₹4.7 crore from ₹4.1 crore; diluted earnings per share rose to ₹1.36 from ₹1.16 after considering the stock split.
For H1FY27, revenue increased to ₹255.2 crore from ₹215.2 crore in H1FY26, but EBITDA decreased to ₹22.7 crore from ₹23.9 crore. Net profit after tax was ₹7.6 crore versus ₹7.7 crore, and diluted earnings per share declined to ₹2.18 from ₹2.21; management cited raw-material inflation and global trade dislocation as part of the operating backdrop.

Which products and customers are expected to drive growth?
Remsons expects control cables, gear shifters, sensors and automotive lighting to support the revenue plan. Management said its shift from pure-play cables and gear shifters towards sensors through Remsons-Uni Autonics and lighting through BEE has lifted realisation per unit.
The ₹300 crore Stellantis order covers control cables, while the ₹60 crore gear-shifter contract and the ₹160 crore UK pedal-box programme broaden the mechanical-products pipeline. The ₹12 crore exterior-lighting order secured by BEE Lighting adds a product category that management identifies as part of the move up the value chain.
Customer exposure includes Stellantis, Tata Motors, Hero, Maruti and UK luxury and supercar OEMs served through BEE Lighting, spanning passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles and two-wheelers. Management said most net sales additions are concentrated in UK, Europe and North America programmes and linked this international opportunity to a China+1 sourcing rotation among global OEMs.
Where will Remsons invest and manufacture for expansion?
Remsons plans ₹100 crore of capital expenditure over three years for plant upgrades in India and the UK, focused on electric-vehicle-compatible parts, sensors and tyre mobility kits. The spending plan is intended to support product categories beyond the company’s control-cable and gear-shifter base.
Remsons operates facilities in Gurgaon, Pune, Pardi and Daman in India, and in Stourport and Redditch in England. Management’s stated manufacturing-diversification framework combines India and the UK with Brazil through licensing, which it said would reduce single-region exposure and provide natural currency hedges.
Management also said net debt is manageable enough to fund one further meaningful acquisition under its selective mergers and acquisitions approach, but disclosed no target, value or timetable. Separately, the board approved Remsons’ exit from the joint-venture agreement in Aircom Remsons Automotive Private Limited alongside the September 2026 quarter results.
Conclusion
Remsons’ FY30 aspiration requires revenue to rise from ₹468.7 crore in FY26 to ₹900-1,000 crore, supported by the ₹300 crore Stellantis programme, other long-duration orders and ₹100 crore of planned capital expenditure. The 2QFY27 result showed sales growth of 17% to ₹135.5 crore, while EBITDA declined to ₹12.2 crore from ₹13.3 crore a year earlier.
The immediate milestone is the start of Stellantis deliveries in FY27, followed by production on the UK pedal-box programme in Q4 CY2028. The next reported developments to watch are progress on the three-year capex plan for sensors, tyre mobility kits and electric-vehicle-compatible parts, as well as any disclosed acquisition following management’s statement on funding capacity.
