Consolidated total income was INR 2,068.2 crore and EBITDA was INR 522.8 crore in Q4FY26.

Ind AS consolidated smart meter revenue was INR 1,417.8 crore in FY26 with EBITDA of INR 164.3 crore; cumulative installations were about 3.9 million meters as of 30 Apr 2026.

The presentation discloses 7.57 million smart meters under AMI contracts with contract value of about INR 7,590 crore including GST across 22 districts in Uttar Pradesh.
