MCFL reported a strong financial performance in Q1 FY26, with revenue increasing to INR 862 crores, up 6% from the previous year, and achieving an EBITDA of INR 115 crores, reflecting their robust operational strategies.

MCFL is finalizing a strategic merger with Paradeep Phosphates Limited, aimed at generating substantial synergies and strengthening its market position in the fertilizer sector.

The company is in the process of expanding its sulphuric acid plant and is expected to use steam generated from the plant to reduce energy consumption in its ammonia-urea operations.
