Prataap Snacks Limited is an India‑based snack foods manufacturer and distributor operating the Yellow Diamond and Avadh brands across potato chips, extruded snacks, namkeen and sweet snacks, with a nationwide footprint of 15 manufacturing facilities and presence in approximately 2.5 million retail outlets.

Q3 FY26 delivered the highest ever quarterly revenue of Rs.4,616 million (up 3.8% YoY and 6.9% QoQ) and positive PAT of Rs.56.9 million (adjusted), driven by expanded retail reach, better realisations and an encouraging contribution from new channels despite raw material volatility.

Management has front‑loaded investment of ~Rs.9 crore into quick commerce and alternate channels during Q3, and the Company is actively diversifying channels into QCom, modern trade, institutions and exports while targeting to grow emerging channels from under 1% to more than 5% of revenue over three years.

A large strategic capex has been approved — a new 60,000 MT automated facility near Indore with up to Rs.425 crore investment — aimed at consolidating capacity, improving automation, reducing overheads and structurally enhancing margins, representing a pivotal operational and capital deployment milestone.
